The Position:

The Firm is seeking an Associate attorney to join its Houston office. The attorney will provide legal and regulatory advice to clients on issues related to residential mortgage lending and Texas law. The attorney will also respond to miscellaneous legal services requests, including but not limited to, legal opinion letter drafting, revocable trust reviews, customized documentation requests, quality control review of loan files and legal research/memorandums. Responsibilities to grow with time and experience.

Requirements:
· Strong writing/research, problem solving, and customer service skills.
· Law degree from accredited law school. Admitted to practice in Texas or ability to waive in to the State Bar.
· Prior Texas residential real estate or mortgage lending experience is preferred, but not required.

Compensation. Compensation to commensurate with experience.
