Blend: Product and Commercial Counsel
The focus of this position is on product counseling. Must have expertise in consumer lending regulations. Must also have ability to negotiate commercial agreements (growing into this over time if needed).
Blend is looking for a motivated attorney who enjoys solving complex problems to join our Legal & Compliance team. As Product and Commercial Counsel, you will (i) advise on legal and regulatory risks relating to the company’s product development lifecycle and (ii) negotiate various commercial agreements, including sales, partnership, and vendor agreements. This role is a phenomenal opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking legal and compliance team and to have a direct impact on business initiatives and outcomes.
